Sales and Marketing

• Support and assist GM and Sales Department in planning and executing a targeted sales plan for each individual property.
• Provide guidance to each hotel brand in maintaining websites, while maximizing marketing and advertising opportunities.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports to ensure sales staff is working to their fullest potential.
• Conduct personal outside sales calls with sale staff members
• Assist hotels in planning aggressive strategy for specific market segments
• Share knowledge and provide direction as needed to properties to help achieve successful results for the hotel.
• Assist with yearly Sales and Marketing Plans and review progress quarterly
