De Silva—President
Dennis has spent his entire professional career in the hotel industry.
He has served in various executive hotel management positions for
individual hotels, regional hotel groups, and hotel management and
development firms. His operations background provides both the leadership
and experience which includes direct regional responsibility for
ten General Managers and hotel operations in excess of 150 million
dollars in annual revenues. His brand affiliations include Marriott
International, Intercontinental Hotels, Sheraton and a number of
individual boutique hotels in the Caribbean and the continental
United States. Dennis is currently CEO of De Silva Properties, which
is a hotel management company located in the Northeast, and currently
manages Holiday Inn and Marriott products in four different states.
Denise Fredette—Corporate Controller
Denise has been in the financial accountability field for her entire
working career, most recently VP of Finance for De Silva Properties
where she oversees the financial accounting of eleven hotels throughout
the country. Denise’s primary responsibility is to oversee
the daily accounting of the rental properties along with the financial
reporting to all owners. Prior to joining De Silva Properties, Denise
spent twenty-two years as the CFO of a consumer electronics business.
Chris
De Silva—Corporate Director of Purchasing
Chris has worked the last five years as Purchasing Manager for De
Silva Properties and will be responsible for all the purchasing
for the rental properties to ensure maximum results and quality
while maintaining a cost effective product. He will also be in charge
of all procurement of the FF&E for any renovations and property
improvements. Chris has worked for De Silva Properties for eight
years, working in various management positions at numerous hotels
in the country.
Fabio Pari, CHA—VP of Operations
Fabio’s hotel career spans over 10 years in all phases of hotel operations. He has worked in the luxury full-service hotel environment, as well as, in select service and boutique resort properties. He is a designated systems expert in various property management and reservation systems and is responsible for the overall operations of the company’s portfolio. Fabio brings to the company a successful track record in hotel operations and a genuine love of all things “hospitality”.
M. Jane DiGirolomo, CHSP—VP of Sales & Marketing
Jane has a strong background in the hotel industry, having served the company in various positions, starting with Director of Sales, General Manager and Regional Manager for De Silva Properties. Jane’s scope of responsibilities include business development, e-commerce, direct marketing programs, tour and destination packages and the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies within the hotels. Jane’s ability to develop marketing plans and sales strategies for the resorts will result in our ability to tap into markets otherwise left undeveloped. Jane will oversee De Silva Properties Sales and Marketing programs.
