Accounting

A centralized accounting office is located in Rhode Island to maximize efficiency and reduce operating cost for each property. Monthly P & L statements are generated for each property, based on information submitted daily and weekly to the accounting department. These reports and information are balanced and verified for accuracy. Each property has its own general ledger and set of bank accounts.

The weekly payables are authorized at property level and then forwarded to accounting for payment—thus maintaining a centralized control.
